Alpha Omega is located in legendary Rutherford in the heart of Napa Valley and is one of Napa’s newest boutique wineries. Surrounded by vineyards and mountains, the beauty of this rustic, farm-style winery is as captivating as its wine.

Alpha Omega’s extraordinary winemakers, along with historic vineyards, combine to create wines that express the essence of this famous wine region. Talented young winemaker Jean Hoefliger has teamed up with one of the world’s finest palates, Michel Rolland, to create wines that express their passion for excellence as well as the unique terroir that is Napa Valley. By sourcing prized grapes from the many appellations of Napa Valley, our winemakers blend the essence of exceptional terroir ranging from valley floor, hillside, mountain and coast. Using natural techniques, they handcraft finesse-driven, complex and balanced wines, which express the aromatic profile of the best Napa Valley has to offer.

Hoefliger and Rolland’s combined award-winning winemaking techniques create elegant, approachable and perfectly balanced wines of the highest quality through blending the best of Old World and New World wine styles. Blending Session
$65/person | 6 guest minimum

A private blending session that allows you to blend your own wine. You will
learn about the different Bordeaux varietals that create Alpha Omega’s
wines and those that will create your wine. Take home a handcrafted bottle
of your personal blend for an additional $30.00 per 375ml-bottle.

Experience the truth behind great wines in the vineyard. AO’s winemakers
believe in sourcing fruit from various appellations to bring complexity and char-
acter to each wine utilizing grapes from historically significant vineyards
throughout the Napa Valley. Understanding the differences of each appellation
is a challenge in itself. After your vineyard visit, taste the difference of a varietal
from multiple appellations within Napa Valley. To cap off your vineyard tour,
enjoy the finished product that results from blending grapes from hillside, valley
floor and mountain vineyards.

 

What facts in the vineyard express to the winemaker it is time to harvest? Where
is the next destination for harvested grapes? Enjoy this interactive walking tour
from the vineyard to the crush pad. Travel into the barrel and tank room following
the fermentation process. Experience the journey from the vine into the bottle
while sipping and learning about the production of Alpha Omega wines.

 

The cheese you select is dependent on the wine. So how do we know which
cheese pairs best with our selected wine? At what temperature do we store and
serve cheese? How best do we serve a cheese and wine course? Walk away
from this course confident in how to pair wine and cheese and develop the tools

Private Tasting
Alpha Omega offers seated tastings in our private reserve rooms. Select from a
Reserve tasting, Vertical Cabernet Sauvignon tasting, Wine and Artisanal
Cheese pairing, or Blending session.

Our Wine Club Members receive a 20% discount on all private tastings and our
Winemaker Circle Members receive complimentary Reserve and Vertical Cabernet
tastings.
