FedEx Cold Chain Shipping

With FedEx Cold Chain shipping, your package ships via FedEx Ground in a temperature-controlled truck and then is shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight to your location once it reaches the hub closest to your zip code.

We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone 21 years of age or older will be available to sign for your package on the first delivery attempt. You will be sent a tracking number a couple of days before the delivery date. We appreciate your patience, as FedEx Cold Chain can take up to three weeks for delivery.
