Robin Baggett moved to Napa Valley in 2006 with his wife, Michelle, to found Alpha Omega. A third generation Northern Californian, Robin began his wine career in 1988 as a grape grower, planting over 800 acres of grapes in San Luis Obispo. In 1997, he founded Tolosa Winery and Courtside Cellars, a custom crush facility. Robin and Michelle also run a cow-calf cattle operation on their ranches in San Luis Obispo as well as their Lake Berryessa ranch in Napa.

Robin attended Cal Poly on a baseball scholarship. In 1998 he was induced into the Cal Poly Athletic Hall of Fame and in 2001 Cal Poly's new baseball stadium was named after him. An Attorney, Robin's law career included an 8 year stint as General Counsel to NBA's Golden State Warriors. Michelle's more than 23 years of hospitality, wine marketing and brand development has influenced the creation of Alpha Omega's brand.

Robin is a Board member of the Wine Institute, Festival del Sole and the First Tee of Monterey County. Michelle is a Board member of the Napa Valley Film Festival and the St. Helena Hospital Foundation. Both Robin and Michelle are Board members of the Rutherford Dust Society and Event Co-Chairs for Auction Napa Valley 2014. Honored in 2011 as Vintner Grant Recipients by the V Foundation Napa, the Napa Community and Cal Poly are at the core of Robin and Michelle's philanthropic endeavors.
