Robin Baggett and Eric Sklar shared a vision to build a new winery in Napa Valley that would evoke the hospitality of this farming community, while creating some of the finest wines in the world. Robin and Eric discovered their passion for wine long before their paths crossed.
Twenty-five years ago, Robin began as an amateur winemaker developing over 800 vineyard acres in Edna Valley in San Luis Obispo before owning Tolosa Winery and the custom crush facility, Courtside Cellars.
Eric Sklar is an entrepreneur whose family has a rich history in Napa Valley as grape growers providing Cabernet, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc to premier wineries for more than 30 years.

Vertical SIGNATURE RED Wine Tasting

A private, seated tasting hosted by a Wine Educator in one of our Private Tasting
rooms. This tasting experience features a vertical of four vintages of one of our
signature red wines. You will explore each vintage’s growing conditions, terroir,
climate influences and the winemakers notes on the inspiration behind each vintage.

Experience the truth behind great wines in the vineyard. AO’s winemakers
believe in sourcing fruit from various appellations to bring complexity and char-
acter to each wine utilizing grapes from historically significant vineyards
throughout the Napa Valley. Understanding the differences of each appellation
is a challenge in itself. After your vineyard visit, taste the difference of a varietal
from multiple appellations within Napa Valley. To cap off your vineyard tour,
enjoy the finished product that results from blending grapes from hillside, valley
floor and mountain vineyards.
What facts in the vineyard express to the winemaker it is time to harvest? Where
is the next destination for harvested grapes? Enjoy this interactive walking tour
from the vineyard to the crush pad. Travel into the barrel and tank room following
the fermentation process. Experience the journey from the vine into the bottle
while sipping and learning about the production of Alpha Omega wines.
The cheese you select is dependent on the wine. So how do we know which
cheese pairs best with our selected wine? At what temperature do we store and
serve cheese? How best do we serve a cheese and wine course? Walk away
