In 2010, Napa Valley had a season with lower than average temperatures. Altogether, 2010 was a very cool vintage with high levels of natural acidity which protect fragile aromas and give a great backbone to the wine. the growing season allowed the aromatics to be more subtle and fresh because the grapes were not burned by heat. Consequently, ERA is a well-balanced wine with a higher acidity and lower alcohol levels, with the extraction of great Napa Valley terroir.
