For this BBQ throw down, Vintner Robin Baggett and Master Sommelier and CIA Professor Bob Bath paired sauces with our wines that hail from the following states: South Carolina and Alabama for the Rosé Reserve, Texas and North Carolina for the Cabernet Sauvignon Atlas Peak, and Missouri and Tennessee for the Petit Verdot.
