Introducing the 2022 Proprietary Red from Napa Valley's Oak Knoll District. This expertly crafted blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Malbec, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot captures the unique terroir of one of Napa’s cooler AVAs. Aged in French oak for 18 months, it boasts vibrant aromas of cassis, plum, and cherry, with a palate of ripe cherry, cassis, and subtle hints of oregano and cedar. A bold yet balanced wine, perfect for any occasion.

The Coombsville AVA is named after Nathan Coombs, who came to the Napa Valley in 1845 purchased 80 acres of land and founded the city of Napa. East of the town of Napa in the southern flank of the Vaca Range, Coombsville is known for its rolling hills, gravelly, well drained loam soils planted primarily to high quality Cabernet Sauvignon.
