Planning Your Visit
Do I need a reservation to visit Alpha Omega?
+
While walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, we recommend reserving your tasting in advance to ensure we can dedicate the full experience to you. Reservations can be made through our website or via phone/text at 707-963-9999.
What are your hours?
+
Our tasting room is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please note that our last seating is at 4:30 p.m., so every guest has time to fully enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
How long is a tasting?

Our tastings are designed as a leisurely 90-minute experience, long enough to explore the nuance of each wine, short enough to leave you time for your next stop in the valley.
Where is Alpha Omega located? Is this the same as the Alpha Omega Collective downtown?
+
Alpha Omega Winery is our estate at 1155 Mee Lane in Rutherford. The Alpha Omega Collective tasting room is a separate, downtown Napa location at 1245 First St, Napa. Both offer wonderful ways to discover our wines, but our Rutherford estate is where you’ll find the fountains and vineyard views.

What is your late arrival policy?

We offer a courtesy window of 30 minutes for late arrivals. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your party. However, please understand that we may need to reschedule your appointment.

The Estate: Fountains, Views & Recognition
What makes the Alpha Omega estate special?
+
Alpha Omega is known for its landmark fountains, a tranquil pond, and stunning views of the Mayacamas Mountains and surrounding vineyards. The estate exudes a sense of place, offering hospitality reflective of the Napa Valley farming community it calls home.
Does Alpha Omega have good views? I’ve heard about fountains.
+
Yes. Our five iconic fountains and reflecting pond are among the most photographed features in Rutherford, set against an open vista of vineyards and the Mayacamas range beyond. Many guests choose to linger on the terrace long after their tasting ends, simply to take it in.
Is Alpha Omega considered one of the best wineries to visit in Napa Valley?
+
Alpha Omega has been recognized among Napa Valley’s most acclaimed wineries by publications including Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Travel + Leisure, and our estate has been named a top tasting room experience in the valley. We’re honored by this recognition, though what matters most to us is the welcome each guest receives the moment they arrive.

The Tasting Experience
Do I choose my tasting flight before I arrive, or when I get there?
+
You’ll choose your flight when you arrive. Our team will guide you through our current offerings, from Signature flights to Single Vineyard selections.
Do all guests have to taste? Can I split a flight with someone?
+
Not every seat needs a glass. For parties of eight or fewer, non-tasting guests are welcome at no charge. You may also split a tasting between up to two guests.
Can everyone in my group choose a different flight?
+
Yes, each guest may explore a different selection. Our flights are fully customizable.
Is there outdoor seating? Can we sit near the fountains?
+
Yes, our terrace is one of the most beloved features of the estate. Seating near the fountains is available, though we can’t guarantee a specific table.
Is there a shortened tasting after a certain time?
+
For reservations beginning later in the day, a modified tasting experience may be offered so our team can close the estate gracefully at day’s end.
