Alpha Omega Collective Expands with Downtown Napa Tasting Room
RUTHERFORD, Calif. — October 26, 2018
The Alpha Omega Collective is coming to downtown Napa.
The umbrella brand for Alpha Omega, Tolosa and Perinet has announced it will open its first standalone tasting room at 1245 First Street in downtown Napa, in a prime corner building directly across the street from the Archer Hotel. The space includes a spacious tasting room, a lounge and outdoor seating, and will feature wines from all three brands under the Collective.
The location is expected to open in winter 2018.
Why Downtown Napa, Why Now
Downtown Napa has undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years, evolving from a quiet county seat into one of the most vibrant wine destination corridors in California. New hotels, restaurants, art galleries and tasting rooms have reshaped First Street into a hub for wine tourists visiting the valley from around the world.
For Robin and Michelle Baggett, it was exactly the right moment to plant a flag there.

The new tasting room also represents a natural next step in the Baggetts’ strategy for the Collective. Launched earlier in 2018, the Alpha Omega Collective brought three distinct wine identities under one brand with a shared vision. A downtown Napa location gives that vision a physical home in one of the most foot-traffic-rich addresses in the county, introducing the Collective to a broader audience of wine lovers who may be exploring Napa for the first time.
Three Wineries, One Address
The 1245 First Street tasting room will be the first place where guests can experience all three brands of the Alpha Omega Collective side by side.
Alpha Omega, the flagship, sits on the Rutherford Bench of Napa Valley and produces world-class Bordeaux-style wines from prized estate and historic vineyards. Winemaker Jean Hoefliger and consulting winemaker Michel Rolland craft each vintage with surgical precision.
Tolosa, Robin Baggett’s first winery, is in Edna Valley, California’s coolest appellation, just five miles from the Pacific coast. Winemaker Frederic Delivert handcrafts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that reflect the cold Pacific wind, volcanic soils and limestone terroir of San Luis Obispo County.
Perinet, the jewel of Spain’s Priorat DOQ, produces ultra-premium Grenache, Carignan and international varietals from terraced vineyards rising to more than 1,500 feet above sea level. Jean Hoefliger also serves as consulting winemaker there, working alongside resident winemaker Toni Sanchez-Ortiz.
Together, the three wineries represent Napa Valley, California’s central coast and one of Spain’s most prestigious appellations, all poured in one elegant corner location in the heart of downtown Napa.
