Barrel fermented in 100% French oak, this Chardonnay reveals refined aromas of apricot, melon, and apple tart, complemented by notes of citrus blossom, and toast. On the palate, expansive flavors of lemon curd, pineapple cake, and vanilla parfait mingle with hints of pie crust and fried plantain, culminating in a long, vibrant finish. Aged for 18 months “sur lies fines” in French oak, this wine delivers richness, depth, and a sophisticated character that embodies the essence of Napa Valley Chardonnay.
